1) Facade Design

Pre-Tender Stage:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of project requirements and local climatic conditions, aligning with our consultancy approach. 

• Prepare a detailed DESIGN BASED REPORT. 

•  Develop product system designs with intricate detailing. 

• Prepare comprehensive technical specifications for all materials. 

• Generate a detailed Budgetary Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and perform cost analysis.

• Assemble the tender document, including tender drawings, technical specifications, and the BOQ.

Tender Stage:

• Conduct a tender presentation, including a presentation on design intent, for all participating facade vendors. 

• Address pre-tender clarifications from participating vendors.

• Perform a technical evaluation of the tender documents.

• Create a technical matrix for participating vendors.

•  Evaluate the methods statement provided by vendors.

•  Make a recommendation for the facade contractor selection.

 Post Tender Stage:

• Review and approve the system design, including structural analysis and detailed calculations.

•  Review and approve detailed engineering and construction drawings.

• Review and approve building elevations, plans, sections, and site survey reports, aligning with the architect's requirements and approval.

•   Conduct inspections of initial installations to ensure quality.

•  Perform installation audits at various construction stages and provide reports.

2) Peer Review

Peer Review includes the following key elements:

1. Review of Façade Shop Drawings: We will comprehensively review the provided façade shop drawings to assess their compliance with the project's design and technical specifications. This review will encompass aspects such as material selection, structural integrity, aesthetics, and adherence to local building codes and regulations.

 2. Calculation Analysis: DDESGNN WALL will perform a detailed analysis of the calculations associated with the façade design. This analysis will include structural calculations, energy efficiency assessments, and any other relevant calculations necessary to ensure the design's performance and safety.

3. Strategy Requirements Assessment: We will collaborate with your team to understand the project's strategy requirements and objectives thoroughly. This will help us align our assessment with your specific project goals.

4. Recommendations for Improvement: Where applicable, we will provide recommendations for improvements in the façade design, shop drawings, or calculations. These recommendations will be aimed at enhancing design integrity, ensuring compliance, and minimizing potential risks during construction.

3) Due Diligence
